Arabiantics 1928 Felix the Cat Dancers Dance scene lasts just over a minute. Starts with moves resembling the hokey pokey, ends with shimmies.
Carnival Capers 1932 Oswald the Lucky Rabbit Dancer

A dancer's shimmies are used to blend a milkshake. 42 seconds long. The character of Oswald was created by Disney in the 1920's, but Universal Pictures retained ownership.

After Universal parted company with Disney, it gave the character to Walter Lantz (creator of Woody Woodpecker) and this is one of the Oswald cartoons produced by Lantz.

Chain Gang 1930 Mickey Mouse Mickey Prisoners break into song and dance, including a 25-second "Oriental" bit to the song "Streets of Cairo".
